Inquiry learning is a learning method that encourages students to be active in the discovery process, including asking questions, seeking information, and conducting investigations. This method aims to increase students' independence and activeness in solving problems. This study aims to analyze the effect of inquiry learning on student learning achievement at EBC 3º Ciclo Liquiça. This research uses quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 software. The results showed that inquiry learning has a significant influence on student learning achievement with a constant value of 5.088. Every one unit increase in inquiry learning (X) increases student learning achievement (Y) by 0.799. Based on the t test, the results obtained > (13.011 > 2.026) with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The correlation between inquiry learning and student learning achievement is very strong with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.904 or 90.4%, and the contribution of inquiry learning to learning achievement is 81.7%. The remaining 18.3% is influenced by other variables. This study implies that the application of inquiry learning can be an effective strategy to improve students' learning achievement, especially in EBC 3º Ciclo Liquiça, so it deserves to be applied more widely in educational contexts.
